Hello Pastor Moore,

I am writing you today to do something that I hate to do, and in one sense am doing with a heavy heart, but I have to be obedient and follow the leading of the Lord.  I really regret to inform you that I will have to "pull out" from my dates with you in New Mexico for August 14 - 17.  This is something that I have never done before in the entire history of our ministry but I feel compelled to do it in this situation.  Please let me explain....

Over the last couple of months I have continually received very clear prophetic words about an outbreak and outpouring of the Spirit that is going to take place here in my hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee.  These words have come from people such as Bob Jones, James Goll, Patricia King, Todd Bentley, and others.  I am very close friends with Todd Bentley and have been to the outpouring in Lakeland, FL two times now, since it broke out in early April.  I have been thrilled to receive these many prophetic words about outpouring breaking out in Knoxville, in a similar fashion to Lakeland, but I have also been very hesitant to make any assumptions about the time-frame of when the Lord would decide to release this to us.  I therefore have made no changes to my schedule or previous speaking engagements until today.  I have been diligently seeking the Lord about when this is going to break loose and how I need to handle my schedule when it does.

Well, at the end of May, several confirmations came.  I attended the Lakeland Outpouring again and on the first night I was there Todd Bentley was visited by the Lord and specifically told to release a commission to me for regional revival and outpouring in Knoxville and that it was the right time.  This prophetic word was backed up and confirmed in a couple of incredibly profound ways.  Bob Jones then contacted me and said that our conference we just hosted at the end of June called, "Kingdom Uprising", would be a very pivotal gathering that would launch something in Knoxville and our region and joined us for our conference.  Then to top it all off, James Goll contacted me the first week of June  with a prophetic word about our conference launching an outpouring and then continuous outpouring meetings being held every week thereafter.  All these words and others combined, have been an incredible confirmation to me about the timing of things here at our base.  In fact, things are already beginning to break loose here as far as the presence, glory and miracles that the Lord is releasing!

Please know that I was so excited about being with you in New Mexico and have been looking forward to it for sometime now.  This is why it is so hard for me to cancel on you but I really feel that I need to step out on a limb here and be obedient to the direction the Lord seems to be giving us.  I really hope that this does not damage our relationship and I sincerely hope that I can one day come and minister in New Mexico with you at a future date.  Please give my sincerest apologies to your church and ministries.

I hope to keep in contact with you and please let me know if you are still interested in having me in at a future date to minister with you.

Dear Ryan and staff;

I am disappointed that you will not be participating in our upcoming "Glorybound's Albuquerque Prophetic" (GAP) Conference, but only because we were looking forward to having a wonderful time in the Spirit with you, and for the blessings you would bring to our community.  We, too, are standing for a greater measure of Holy Ghost Outpouring here in Albuquerque and in New Mexico.  We are praying for and expecting the Lord to use the GAP Conference to accomplish part of that work here, just like you are expecting it in Knoxville.  But we would not dare stand in the way of greater Kingdom purposes in this significant time, so we defer to your judgment and release you from your commitment to us and the Conference.

We see by your itinerary that you are concentrating on the Knoxville meetings and on helping Todd in the Lakeland Outpouring, so be extraordinarily blessed in doing so.  We agree for an even greater measure of Holy Spirit blessing for you there, for us here, and for Revival around the world.
